Margarita Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups non-alcoholic liquid margarita mix
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
Zest of 1/2 lime
1 1/2 tsp chicken grilling seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Mix all marinade ingredients together and pour into ziploc bag.  Add chicken.  Remove as much air as possible & seal.  Label & freeze.

To serve:  Thaw overnight.  Discard marinade.  Grill chicken, or bake in 350 degree oven for 35 - 40 minutes.
