24 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
4 oz frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
dash white pepper
1/4 tsp ground sage
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp white win
1/2 cup chicken broth
Place cubed chicken in ziploc bag. Mix together all other ingredients & pour over chicken. Freeze. To serve: Thaw, and place all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
Makes 4 servings. 1 serving = 170 calories
