Orange Marmalade Pork Chops

4 pork loin chops
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/3 cup orange marmalade
2 Tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp white vinegar
dash black pepper

Place meat in a freezer bag or container.  In a mixing bowl, combine orange juice, garlic, brown sugar, marmalade, soy sauce, vinegar & pepper.  Whisk until thoroughly combined.  Each recipe makes a little more than 1 cup of marinade.  Pour marinade over meat.  Seal, label & freeze.

To serve:
Thaw.  Grill, broil, or pan fry pork chops until browned on both sides & no longer pink in center.  Discard marinade.
