1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
2 cups monterey jack cheese (cubed or shredded)
12 oz. smoked kielbasa sausage, cut into 1/4" slices
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp parmesan cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Heat oven to 325. Use 5 crescent rolls and press into a 9 inch pie pan. Combine the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into the crust. Roll out each remaining roll so the longest side is 9 inches. Cut into 1/2" strips. Make a lattice top. Flute edges. Place pie in freezer until frozen solid. Cover with aluminum foil and slip into a ziplock bag for added protection.
To serve: Thaw slightly. Bake 60-70 minutes at 325. Cool for 10 minutes.
