Sausage Gravy

1-2 lb of Sausage (Tennessee Pride)
2- 3 cups of flour (really depends on how much grease there is on how much you add)
Milk 3- 4 cups approx

Brown sausage and make it as crumbly as you can
Sift some flour on the meat and stir.  Add enough flour that all the meat is coated some.  Add milk, stir.  Repeat until you get it to your favorite consistency. 

Freeze in airtight container & reheat in microwave.  Serve over prepared biscuits.
