Hot Roast Beef Sandwiches

8-12 small sandwich buns
1 pound sliced roast beef
1/2 pound sliced cheese (I used provolone)
1/4 cup mayo (I used light)
1 tablespoon spicy mustard (I used Beer & Brat mustard)
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Dash of Worcestershire

Mix together mayo, mustard, onion, poppy seeds and Worcestershire to make a dressing.  Slice rolls in half.  Spread dressing on bottom bun (kids may prefer them without the dressing.).  Top with roast beef and a slice or 2 of cheese.  Put top bun on and wrap each sandwich individually in aluminum foil.  Place wrapped sandwiches in Ziploc bag and freeze.  To serve, put frozen wrapped sandwiches in oven or toaster oven at 350 degrees for about 20-30 minutes until warmed through and melted.
