Grilled Caesar Chicken Breasts

4 bonless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup creamy Caesar salad dressing
3 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp Dijon mustard

Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a resealable bag.  Combine dressing, oil & mustard and pour over chicken breasts.  Remove air from bag, seal & freeze.

To use:  Thaw.  Drain and discard marinade.  Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat, or broil 4" from heat for 6-8 minutes per side (or until a meat thermometer reads 170 degrees).

Note:  Leftovers make a great chicken Caesar salad!
