Saucy Vegetables

2 (16 ounce) packages frozen vegetables (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower)
1 (10.75 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 1/2 cup French fried onions, divided

Place frozen vegetables in a large bowl. Combine soup, sour cream, milk, season salt,  1/2 cup of cheese and 1/2 cup of French fried onions.  Mix thoroughly and divide into two Ziploc freezer bags. Label and freeze.

To serve:
Thaw place in greased baking dish. Bake covered at 375° for 45 minutes. Uncover and top with 1/2 cup cheese and one cup French fried onions. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
