Chicken Divan Casserole

16 oz package frozen broccoli, steamed
3 cups shredded chicken
1 can mushrooms (or water chestnuts, if desired)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp curry powder
3 Tbsp melted butter, divided
3 cups sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup bread crumbs (panko works well)

To prepare:
Divide steamed broccoli evenly between two 8x8 pans.  Top with chicken, then mushrooms.  In a large mixing bowl, combine soup, mayo, lemon juice, curry powder, and 1 Tbsp melted butter.  Spread mixture evenly over both casseroles.  Top with cheese, then with bread crumbs mixed with remaining melted butter.  Cover with plastic wrap, then foil, and freeze.

To serve:
Thaw.  Bake uncovered 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.  Or, bake 1 hour or longer from frozen.
