Grilled chicken with Pineapple/Ginger Marinade

1 can sliced pineapple (no sugar added)
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 - 6 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste

Combine juice from pineapple, vinegar, soy sauce honey and spices in large bowl or ziploc bag.  Add chicken and 4 pineapple slices.  Seal bag & freeze

To serve
Thaw completely.  Remove chicken and grill 20 minutes or until done
Grill pineapple on top of chicken or on grill until heated through.
