6 pork chops
1 cup apricot jam
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges and juice
Add pork chops to a gallon size ziploc bag. Combine jam, sugar, salt, pepper, cinnamon, ginger & cloves & oranges in a bowl & mix. Add sauce to pork chops (or bag in a separate quart-sized bag if desired). Remove air from bag & freeze.
To prepare:
Thaw. Cook 6-8 hours on low in crockpot.
