1 lb ground beef
3 cups frozen potato nuggets
1 16 ounce can tomato sauce
1 cup chopped onion
2 t dried Italian crushed herbs
1 t salt
1/2 t black pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350*. Coat a 9 x 13 pan.
1. Cook ground beef; drain.
2. Place potato nuggets in the bottom of prepared baking dish. Top with ground beef.
3. Stir together tomato sauce, onion, Italian herbs, salt and pepper. Pour over ground beef.
4. Sprinkle with cheese.
5. Bake uncovered about 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
