3-4 lbs. rump roast
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
1 cup water
1 pkg. au jus gravy mix
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper
Place roast in slow cooker. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours or until soft enough to shred. Shred and cook and additional hour. Allow to cool completely before transferring to a zip top freezer bag. Freeze.
To serve: Thaw completely and heat through. Serve on rolls or buns.
