8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. chocolate chips
Crisco solid shortening
Add cookies to food processor and grind to crumbs. Add cream cheese and process until thoroughly
mixed. Scoop by teaspoon onto lined cookie sheet. Form into balls and place in freezer until
hard. Melt chocolate chips in a double
boiler or in a fondue pot. (Add Crisco to
help thin out chocolate making it easier to coat.) Dip each ball in chocolate
and return to cookie sheet. Return to
freezer until chocolate has hardened.
Store in freezer in Ziploc bag.
