Turkey Salsa Burgers

*Each family received 6 burgers or 1 1/2 recipes.

1 lb ground turkey (99% fat free)
1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
4 tbsp chunky salsa (use medium or hot for extra kick)

Combine all ingredients until well mixed. 
Add salt and pepper to taste. 
Divide into 4 patties. 

Wrap patties in Press and Seal wrap and then into labeled Freezer Bag. I bagged 6 patties per family, laying 3 down on the Press and Seal and then folding over the wrap before placing 3 more on top.  Then finish wrapping with the Press and Seal.

To serve: Thaw completely.  Reform patties if necessary.  Spray a frying pan or griddle with cooking spray and cook over medium heat until cooked thoroughly (about 10 minutes), flipping once about half-way through.

Serve on a bun with traditional toppings, BBQ sauce, or sour cream or serve alone with lettuce and avocado on top.
