BBQ Baked Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:
0.66 cup grape jelly
0.5 cup ketchup
0.25 cup onion, finely minced
2 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish (optional)
salt and pepper, to taste
8 bone-in, skinless chicken thighs, or pieces of choice
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F. In a small saucepan, heat jelly,
ketchup, minced onions, vinegar, mustard, and horseradish (if using) until the
jelly is melted and the mixture begins to boil. Remove sauce from heat. Place
chicken pieces in baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake for about 45
minutes or until chicken is cooked through and is tender.
Freezing Directions:
Prepare sauce as directed above and set aside to cool. Do
not bake chicken. Place chicken in gallon freezer bag. Pour sauce over chicken.
Label, seal and freeze. TO SERVE: Thaw. Empty contents of bag into a baking
dish. Bake, uncovered for about 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
and tender.
