Slow Cooker Creamy Italian Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet Italian dressing mix
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 can cream of chicken soup

To prepare:
Place chicken breasts in ziploc bag.  Combine Italian dressing, cream cheese & soup in a large bowl & pour over chicken breasts.  Remove air from bag & freeze.

To serve:
Pour contents of bag into slow cooker.  Cook on low 4-6 hours.  Serve over cooked pasta or rice.
