Beef Kabobs

2lbs. Beef sirloin, cut in cubes
1/4 c. Canola oil
1/4 c. Soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
3 T. Dijon mustard
1 t. Black pepper
1/2 c. Red wine vinegar
1 1/2 t. Dried parsley
1 t. Minced garlic
1/3 c. Lemon Juice

Place beef cubes in a large zip-loc bag. (I found meat already cut for kabobs at Kroger for the same price as other sirloin. Great time saver.) In a bowl, combine rest of ingredients and whisk until combined. Pour over meat. Remove as much air as possible and seal. Freeze.

To serve: Thaw in refrigerator.  Cut peppers and onions and alternate with beef on skewer. Grill.

(For our exchange each person received 1/2 of this recipe (1lb) of meat.)
