Chicken Alfredo Pizza

Alfredo Sauce
1/4 c. butter
1 c. heavy cream
2/3 c. Parmesan, grated
salt and pepper

2 pizza crusts - 12 inch
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thaw and drain well
6 green onions, sliced 
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in saucepan. Add cream and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes while stirring. Add Parmesan, salt and pepper.
Roll out pizza to form crusts. Par bake the crusts for 5 minutes.  Allow to cool completely. Cover a small cake cardboard rounds with Press and Seal wrap. Transfer crusts onto cardboard rounds.
Spread sauce evenly. Add spinach, onions, chicken, and bacon. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover with additional Press and Seal wrap and freeze.

Makes 2 - 12 inch round pizzas

To serve: Place frozen pizza on baking pan.  Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
