Wontons

2 c. ground chicken
4 tbls. oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp black pepper
2 medium onions= 1 c chopped onion
4 tbls. water

Mix all ingredients and put filling in wonton wrapper.

Flash freeze on a cookie sheet. When frozen store in a resealable freezer bag.

Boil wonton from frozen until it floats.

Suggestions for soup: use chicken broth base, add green onions, spinach, cabbage, carrots, celery, or mushrooms.
