Grilled Tortilla Packets

2 Tbs. butter
2 Tbs. flour
1/4 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. milk
2 c. chicken (shredded)
1 1/4 c. cheddar cheese
1 pkg. flour tortillas

Melt butter in microwave.  Stir in flour, salt, and pepper.  Add milk.  Cook in microwave at 30 second intervals until thickened, stirring each time.  Stir in chicken and cheese.

Place a spoonful of filling into each tortilla and fold in half.  Flash freeze individually.  Store in a gallon-size freezer bag. 

To serve:  Defrost and heat on a grill pan or in George Forman grill until hot in the middle.
