Copycat Wendy's Chili

2 lbs ground round or ground sirloin
29 oz can tomato sauce
29 oz can kidney beans (with liquid)
29 oz can pinto beans (with liquid)
1 medium onion, diced
8 oz can diced green chiles
1 stalk celery, diced
6 Roma tomatoes, chopped
3 teaspoons cumin
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups water

Note:  Each batch makes approximately 12 servings

Brown grown beef over medium heat & drain off fat.  Crumble the cooked beef into pea-sized pieces.  In a large pot, combine the beef with all remaining ingredients, and bring to a simmer over low heat.  Simmer 2-3 hours, stirring frequently.
