Roasted Broccoli with Garlic and Crushed Red Pepper

1 1/4 lbs broccoli crowns, cut into florets (about 8 cups)
3 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
2 garlic gloves, minced
Large pinch of dried crushed red pepper

Combine all ingredients into a ziploc bag & freeze.  To prepare: Place broccoli on a baking sheet & roast 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
