Cheese Crisp Chicken



1 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pound chicken tenderloins
1/2 cup melted butter

Topping:
1/4 cup fresh shredded Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. melted butter

Mix together bread crumbs, cheeses, salt, and pepper.  Dip chicken in melted butter and then in bread crumb mixture.  Place in two 8x8 disposable pans.  Drizzle butter for topping over chicken and top with Parmesan cheese.  Cover with foil, put in Zip-loc bag, and freeze.  Thaw.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until internal temperature is 165 degrees.
