1900 Park Fare's Strawberry Soup

2 lbs, 8 oz. thawed strawberries (frozen sliced, with sugar)
16 oz. heavy cream
2 oz. sour cream
3 oz. plain yogurt (I use greek)

+ optional extra fresh strawberries for decoration

1. Mix the 1st four ingredients.
2. Beat smoothly to smooth consistency in blender.
3. Chill. (or Freeze/Thaw)
4. Serve.

Optional garnish with fresh strawberries
